Think about the ways you could use a street team to promote your event.  This is not a promotional tool that has a quick turnaround time.  You need plenty of time to determine your measurable goals, create a strategic plan, recruit team members and get the applicable permits.  However, it can be an extremely effective and low cost way to promote your event.
